- Honey: Clover honey or any other honey of your liking will work for this recipe.
- Pepper: Freshly cracked pepper finishes this ricotta with honey perfectly.
- Salt: You will want to opt for sea salt, flakey sea salt or pink Himalayan salt also work.

How to Make Whipped Ricotta with Honey

STEP 1: WHIP THE RICOTTA
Transfer ricotta cheese from tub to a mixing bowl, then use a hand mixer to beat the ricotta for about 1 minute until it has a smooth and fluffy consistency. Add in olive oil and mix until combined.
STEP 2: FINISHING OFF RICOTTA DIP
Use a spoon to transfer the whipped ricotta dip into a serving dish. Top with the remaining olive oil, as well as the honey, sea salt, and freshly cracked pepper. For a little spice, you can also top with crushed red pepper flakes too.
STEP 3: SERVE RICOTTA CHEESE DIP
Once you have topped your whipped ricotta dip, serve with fresh focaccia bread of your choice and blackberries.

Ingredients
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- Sea salt flakes
- Fresh cracked pepper
- Toasted focaccia bread, for serving
- Fresh blackberries, for serving
Instructions
